- The Gogoro Rewards service is provided by GoPocket Taiwan Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Gogoro") In accordance with Gogoro Rewards Terms of Use to provide you with the services related to the accumulation of Gogoro Smart Points, and using Gogoro APP / Gogoro Network APP / GoShare APP (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Gogoro APP") to provide the service of binding credit cards as a mobile payment tool for various Gogoro Group products and services (hereinafter referred to as “The Service” ) through a cooperative third-party financial provider . In order to protect the rights and interests of users, please read Gogoro Rewards Terms of Use, the Gogoro Group End User License Agreement & Privacy Policy, (the above terms and Gogoro Rewards Terms of use constitute and are collectively referred to as "These Terms"). When you complete the application for opening this service and provide information, and start to use the service, it means that you have agreed to accept all the contents of These Terms, which constitute a contract with Gogoro . Unless otherwise specified in these terms, the updated version of These Terms will take effect on the date of announcement. You should review These Terms periodically to confirm whether These Terms have changed. In addition, your continued use of the service after the date of the updated version announcement will be deemed to have you understood and agreed to all the contents of the updated terms. The terms of use of Gogoro APP and These Terms constitute a complete agreement between you and Gogoro Group for using Gogoro APP related services and The Service. If you want to bind a partner bank credit card to obtain Gogoro Smart Points, you should complete the binding of the credit card and activate the Gogoro Rewards Service of the Gogoro Account according to the system instructions, and then you can obtain Gogoro Smart Points for consumption using the partner credit card. - Credit Card Service Binding Notice
- The Service is currently only open to binding partner bank credit cards. The latest supported card types of The Service are subject to the announcement on Gogoro's official website.
- You agree and understand that you need to enter the credit card number information of the partner bank and the cardholder's personal information , and verify the credit card information (including but not limited to One-Time Password, hereinafter referred to as "OTP verification") through the partner bank. , card number validity and identity verification procedures) to confirm that the credit card is yours.
- You agree and understand that the credit card information you bind to The Service is transmitted to the partner bank for verification and storage through an encrypted mechanism, and the credit card information will not be retained in Gogoro or Gogoro APP or stored in your smart mobile in any form Terminal device; when you use this service for payment, the real credit card information will be replaced with the coded card number (token) agreed between the backend system of this service and the partner bank, and the relevant process is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. - When you use this service to pay for the transaction, it is limited to the credit limit approved by the card issuing bank of the bound credit card, but the card issuing bank reserves the right to approve or deny the transaction authorization. If your partner bank credit card bound to this service becomes invalid due to loss reporting, counterfeiting, deactivation, etc., the partner bank credit card cannot be used for any consumption, transaction payment services in this service system. If you have related problems arising from the use of the credit card of a partner bank, or if the credit card of the partner bank bound to this service is lost, destroyed, counterfeited, stolen, disabled or lost in possession, etc. Bank credit cards cannot be used for any consumption, transaction payment services in this service system, you should immediately notify the issuing bank of the credit card (24-hour service hotline on the back of the credit card). The credit card transaction function provided by this service is handled in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the credit card of the partner bank, please read and agree to it. - You understand and agree that when Gogoro processes each credit card transaction, it will transmit transaction details to the partner bank.
- You agree and understand that if you use The Service to bind the credit card of a partner bank to pay the battery service fee of the Gogoro Network® Smart Battery Contract and the related fees derived from the Gogoro Network® Smart Battery Contract and other contracts (including the last service fee and due Liquidated damages arising from termination for any reason, etc.), the detailed service content and functions are subject to the actual provision of the APP, and the company and its partner banks have the right to increase or decrease or change the service content and functions at any time. The user agrees that even if the Gogoro Network® smart battery contract has been terminated for any reason, the company and the partner bank will still use the service bound by the user on the termination of the contract or the latest debit date after the termination of the contract. The credit card of the partner bank will deduct the service fee of the user's last bill and/or the liquidated damages arising from the termination, please pay special attention.
- You agree and understand that, when you use this service to bind a partner bank credit card and use the GoShare service, you have expressly authorized Gogoro to pay for your use of the GoShare service or related to your use of the partner bank credit card in your name. expenses, including but not limited to rent, parking fees, toll fees, towing fees, roadside assistance fees, fines, fines, regulatory fees, displacement fees, storage fees, dispatch processing fees, maintenance fees, cleaning fees, heavy manufacturing costs, business losses, civil damages and other necessary expenses, and agree to retain for Gogoro an amount equal to the amount due and payable. If you use the credit card bound to this service to decline any amount due, Gogoro reserves the right to suspend the provision of services to you and terminate your user account without further notice. - You agree and understand that if you want to use Gogoro Smart Points for the discount of GoShare riding fees, you must complete the link with other accounts using GoShare services according to the instructions of the system. Smart Points are credited towards GoShare rides.
- Service stopped or interrupted
- Gogoro does not guarantee that there will be no interruption, delay or error in the operation of The Service, which will jointly affect the quality of use of The Service and may cause communication interruption or delay. You agree and understand that when using The Service, you should take protective measures yourself and The Service will be stopped or interrupted due to one of the following events:
- During the necessary maintenance and construction of the electronic communication equipment of this service website.
- Sudden failure of electronic communication equipment or systems.
- The Service is suspended or interrupted due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to Gogoro.
- The Service includes services provided by third parties (including but not limited to credit card payment system services of financial institutions) whose systems are stopped and interrupted, and the contents of such third-party services are not under the control of Gogoro.
- You agree and understand that Gogoro shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your inability to use The Service due to the suspension or interruption of The Service.
- Gogoro does not guarantee that there will be no interruption, delay or error in the operation of The Service, which will jointly affect the quality of use of The Service and may cause communication interruption or delay. You agree and understand that when using The Service, you should take protective measures yourself and The Service will be stopped or interrupted due to one of the following events:

Gogoro Smart Point
You must create a Gogoro Account on the Gogoro App, and complete the registration and verification process to activate the Gogoro Rewards service before you can accumulate and use Gogoro Smart Points in accordance with these terms. Gogoro Smart Points are issued by Gogoro. When you participate in relevant activities and meet the qualifications for the activities, Gogoro Smart Points will be issued to your Gogoro Account for binding and enabling the Gogoro Rewards service . When you apply for and use The Service, you will be able to accumulate Gogoro Smart Points provided to you from Gogoro or partners (the list of partners will be updated and announced on the official website and APP irregular), which can be used to deduct the amount spent on Gogoro Group or partners, or to exchange goods and services of Gogoro Group or Gogoro affiliates, designated channels, and banking partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Partners"), or participating in Gogoro Group or partners' marketing activities. Gogoro and its partners reserve the final decision on the specific acquisition conditions, reward rate, discount or use of Gogoro Smart Points. Please confirm that you have completed the process of binding and enabling the Gogoro Rewards service to obtain Gogoro Smart Points before consuming or participating in activities, and then you can obtain Gogoro Smart Points obtained by consuming or participating in activities. How to get Gogoro Smart Point
You pay with the credit card of a partner bank, or use the service to present the payment information (for example: QR Code) of the Gogoro APP to pay for consumption at the Gogoro Group, partners, or online stores. The system will automatically settle the Gogoro Smart Points you can get for the transaction in accordance with the regulations of the relevant activities, and display the Gogoro Smart Points you have obtained on your Gogoro APP immediately or at the time when the activities are announced. Gogoro and partners will provide various bonus Gogoro Smart Point activities from time to time, and the content of the activities is mainly based on Gogoro and partner announcements. Gogoro Smart Points can only be obtained at the checkout and settlement of the current purchase, and cannot request Gogoro to provide Gogoro Smart Points with any transaction vouchers afterwards. Unless otherwise stipulated in the event regulations, consumption using commodity coupons, event coupons or coupons or other Gogoro Group discount tools (for example: accessories fee coupons, consumption discount coupons, riding coupons, battery usage fee discount) ,the amount of this part will not be included in the calculation of the transaction amount to obtain Gogoro Smart Points. Gogoro Smart Points are redeemed for consumption or redeemed for goods/services:
You can exchange Gogoro Smart Points for goods/services when making purchases at the consumption areas of the Gogoro Group or partners. The Gogoro Smart Points required for the exchange of goods/services will be announced in the stores or webpages of the consumption areas. You can also use Gogoro Smart Points to redeem the spending amount at the spending areas of the Gogoro Group or partners. In principle, 1 Gogoro Smart Point can be deducted from the consumption amount of NT$1, but the upper limit of the deduction (if any) is subject to the announcement of the activity method. -
To refund or recycle Gogoro Smart Points by cancelling a specific transaction:
If the specific transaction is to use Gogoro Smart Points to redeem all or part of the transaction amount or to exchange goods/services, Gogoro will refund the Gogoro Smart Points you used when the return/order is established, but please note that, If the specific transaction is cancelled , Gogoro will refund the Gogoro Smart Points you used to your Gogoro Account. This does not constitute the act of obtaining Gogoro Smart Points in Article 11(1), nor will it have any effect on extending the validity period of Gogoro Smart Points owned by your Gogoro Account. (For example: if you have 300 Gogoro Smart Points in your Gogoro Account, if you get 100 Gogoro Smart Points at 10:00 AM on March 1 of a certain year, and you don’t get any Gogoro Smart Points in the future, then your Gogoro Account will have all 400 Gogoro Smart Points. Gogoro Smart Points will be the last day of use at 10:00 AM on May 29th of that year, and can no longer be used at 10:01 AM on May 29th and thereafter. And fully redeem all 400 Gogoro Smart Points in your Gogoro Account. You agree and understand that the return of Gogoro Smart Points is subject to the system and Gogoro's internal operations, not immediately, and Gogoro will complete the relevant operations and return within a reasonable time.
Likewise, if you received Gogoro Smart Points for a specific transaction, Gogoro will take back the Gogoro Smart Points you received for that specific transaction upon return the goods/cancel order. If the remaining Gogoro Smart Points in your Gogoro Account are insufficient and Gogoro cannot take back all the Gogoro Smart Points obtained from the above-mentioned specific transactions, Gogoro will take back all current points in your account.
In addition, you should note that if the partner bank which bound the credit card has a specific mechanism or agreement of point recovery, it will be implemented by the partner bank credit card issuing bank in accordance with the agreement with you.

Gogoro Smart Point validity period:
You agree and understand that Gogoro Smart Point is free points provided by Gogoro, the validity period will expire 90 calendar days from the date on which you last obtained Gogoro Smart Points (the day counted as the first day), and it is according to the Gogoro system time. Gogoro will not make any liability, compensation, discount or assume any responsibility for the expired Gogoro Smart Point.

- You understand and agree that each user is limited to applying for one Gogoro Account. If you lose your status or eligibility as a Gogoro Rewards user due to a breach of these terms, your Gogoro Smart Point and all rights to use the service will be lost, Gogoro will not be liable for any compensation or damages.
- In order to protect your rights and interests, if the system generates Gogoro Smart Point login exceptions, Gogoro will suspend the login and redemption of Gogoro Smart Points. When the abnormal situation is eliminated, Gogoro will immediately restore your Gogoro Smart Point login and redemption functions. If the relevant rights are affected as a result, your Gogoro Smart Points will be adjusted accordingly.
- If violate the rights and interests of others or violate the law, violate the activities of Gogoro or its partners, use counterfeit or illegally obtained information to provide various services, and hinder the operation of Gogoro’s activities and services, or intend to hack or damage Gogoro's services and systems, or engage in other misconduct as determined by Gogoro , Gogoro reserves the right to immediately stop your continued use of the service or terminate your eligibility to use the service, and take appropriate legal action if necessary.
- After Gogoro issues Gogoro Smart Points, if Gogoro determines that you should cancel Gogoro Smart Points (including but not limited to any illegal or improper behavior determined by Gogoro, violation of these terms or other activity specifications stipulated by Gogoro), Gogoro may cancel the issued Gogoro Smart Points. If you have used Gogoro Smart Points for consumption discount or exchange of goods/services, you should return the used Gogoro Smart Points in the manner specified by Gogoro. You also may not obtain Gogoro Smart Points in any improper way, directly or indirectly, in person or through a third party. If you obtain Gogoro Smart Points in an improper way, Gogoro will directly disqualify you from obtaining Gogoro Smart Points, and you shall not use any fraudulent or other improper means of Gogoro Smart Points (for example: resell, issue any Exchange vouchers, etc.), Gogoro will also cancel all the rights and interests you have obtained from Gogoro Smart Points.
