Notice
- Pricing for the All You Can Ride plans vary based on the length of the enrollment contract. While under an enrollment contract, battery service subscribers ("Subscribers") who switch to a new tariff plan and/or terminate the battery service agreement are subject to an early termination penalty.
- If you choose the All You Can Ride $499 plan, you must use the plan for at least 3 months prior to switching to another plan. All You Can Ride 2-year enrollment contract penalty = $1,200 x (number of days remaining within the enrollment period / 730 days). All You Can Ride 3-year enrollment contract penalty = $3,600 x (number of days remaining within the enrollment period / 1,095 days)
- If the enrollment contract is to end after the expiration date of the battery service agreement, the battery service agreement subscription is automatically extended until the end of the enrollment contract.
- For Subscribers under any of the All You Can Ride plans, If the Subscriber's monthly cumulative riding distance exceeds 1,600 kilometers for two consecutive months, and Subscriber engages in delivery services, freight carriage, rentals (long/short term), customer transportation, hospitality services, meal delivery, or similar services, Gogoro Network may remove the Subscriber from All You Can Ride plans. In the event that such removal occurs during his or her enrollment contract, the Subscriber is subject to the early termination penalty provided herein. Once removed, Subscriber shall pick a tariff plan from those then offered by Gogoro Network. Without such, the tariff plan defaults to the tariff plan with the lowest fee offered at that time.
- The enrollment contract is not transferable. If the vehicle is sold or transferred during the enrollment contract causing the battery service agreement to be interrupted or terminated, the Subscriber is subject to an early termination penalty.
- This plan does not include Vehicle Maintenance. This Plan includes the Battery Damage Waiver, please refer to the Battery Service Agreement for its terms and restrictions.
- Gogoro Network reserves the right of approval for applications of all tariff plans and Sport Activation. Gogoro Network reserves the right to supplement, alter, suspend, or cancel a tariff plan and Sport Activation in whole or in part, at any time without further notification.
- This Promotion is only valid for Powered By Gogoro Network™ scooters that are equipped with 1 battery, and cannot be used in conjunction with the "FET All You Can Ride" plan.
- I have had more than 3 days to thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions stated above, including the enrollment contract and early termination penalty. I hereby accept all of these terms and conditions.
