[雅加達和台北，2021 年 11 月 2 日] Gogoro 與 GoTo 今 (2) 日宣布，雙方已簽署策略合作夥伴備忘錄，將攜手在印尼探索與發展基於 Gogoro 智慧移動解決方案的各項交通、移動永續服務。此項合作結合亞洲最具創新性和永續發展的兩家科技公司，共同推動都會轉型、邁向移動服務新時代。GoTo 是印尼最大的科技集團，其融入日常生活的 "go-to" 生態系統，包括最大的移動服務平台 (Gojek)、印尼最大的電子商務平台 (Tokopedia) 和領先的電子支付和金融服務 GoTo Financial。2021 年 9 月，GoTo 亦參與了 Gogoro 與 Poema Global Holdings Corp. 合併的私募增資 (PIPE, Private Investment in Public Equity)，該交易預計將在 2022 年初完成，GoTo 屆時將成為 Gogoro 的國際投資人之一。

此合作的第一個項目是 Gogoro 與 GoTo 集團旗下的 Gojek，從印尼首都雅加達開始推動先期試點計畫，內容包括投放 250 輛 Gogoro 智慧電動機車和設置 4 個位於 Pertamina（印尼國家石油和天然氣公司）現有加油站內的 GoStation 電池交換站。未來還會進一步擴大這個計畫的規模，包含可能投放 5,000 輛智慧電動機車，以及在 Pertamina 旗下的加油站點佈建更多的電池交換站。
