[ 1 月 17 日 - 台北 ] Gogoro（Nasdaq：GGR）於今（17）日宣佈與印度馬哈拉施特拉邦和 Belrise 集團（前身為 Badve Engineering Ltd）建立策略能源夥伴關係，並於達沃斯世界經濟論壇共同簽署合作備忘錄，打造前所未有的電池交換基礎設施。Gogoro 是全球電池交換生態系的技術領導者，為城市提供智慧永續移動解決方案；Belrise 則為印度汽車系統製造產業龍頭，雙方計畫建立「50-50 合作夥伴關係」，於八年內投資 25 億美元，在世界人口第二大邦 —— 馬哈拉施特拉邦建置能源基礎設施。
Gogoro 與 Belrise 計畫在馬哈拉施特拉邦打造開放且便利的智慧能源基礎設施，並透過交換電池和電池交換站發展智慧移動和儲能。同時，此設施的佈建可望增加智慧能源、電動化運具和永續價值鏈領域的就業機會。該合作夥伴關係還有望促進馬哈拉斯特拉邦的智慧電動機車製造和組裝產業發展。馬哈拉斯特拉邦首席部長 Eknath Shinde 表示：「這是馬哈拉斯特拉邦的重要里程碑，這或許會是全球規模最大的綠色經濟合作。」

馬哈拉斯特拉邦的電池交換基礎設施預期將於今年開始佈建，將導入完整的 Gogoro 智慧能源生態系，包含電池交換站、電池交換技術、能源管理解決方案，並提供多元創新應用，投入於智慧城市規劃、儲能系統、移動共享服務、智慧電動機車、電網需量反應、分散式儲能、智慧農業等領域。
