[ 2024 / 6 / 25 - 台北 ] 全球電池交換生態系技術領導者 Gogoro（那斯達克股票代碼：GGR），今日宣布獲英國石油公司 (bp) 集團旗下子公司、同為全球潤滑油領導品牌嘉實多 (Castrol) 投資，該投資金額可望達 5,000 萬美元。
在第一階段投資，嘉實多旗下子公司 Castrol Holdings 將以 2,500 萬美元認購 Gogoro 普通股，預計取得 Gogoro 約 5.72% 股權；第二階段投資則為價值 2,500 萬美元的可轉換公司債（視雙方業務合作中部分交易的完成狀況決定）。第一階段投資為嘉實多秉持「向前、向上、向未來」的品牌新戰略，跨越潤滑油產品核心業務領域，開創多元化版圖的第一步。
