[ 2024 / 6 / 4 - 台北 ] 全球電池交換生態系技術領導者 Gogoro（那斯達克股票代碼：GGR），今日宣布與 Gold Sino Assets Limited （下稱「Gold Sino」）簽署股份和認股權證認購協議。根據該協議，Gogoro 將向 Gold Sino 發行 (1) 32,516,095 股普通股，每股面額為 $0.0001 美元，總金額為 5,000 萬美元，即每股購買價格約為 $1.5377 美元；及 (2) 認股權證，以每股 $1.6915 美元（可能視相關條款進行調整）購買 10,838,698 股普通股。
此項交易預計將在未來幾天內完成，該資金將持續投注於推動 Gogoro 在台灣及全球市場的業務拓展。
