Whistleblowing and Grievance Channel
We encourage internal personnel and external stakeholders to report unethical behavior, misconduct, sexual harassment, or any workplace violations. If the person accused of misconduct is proven to violate the laws and the Company regulations, we will immediately demand that the individual cease the conduct. We will take appropriate disciplinary actions and file for compensation for damages through legal proceedings as necessary. We keep informers’ identities and the reports strictly confidential and promise to protect the informers from unjustified treatment caused by filing the reports.
